Best airport: Turin Caselle (TRN), it's the closest to the city.

From Croatia, Milan Bergamo (BGY) is usually the easiest

(Ryanair + Flixbus ~2h).

Alternatives: Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Linate (LIN) with more routes but longer transfer.

Flixbus runs a direct Zagreb to Turin route (~12 hours overnight).

Budget-friendly and easy for the adventurous.

Also connects from other Croatian cities.

From Zagreb by car: ~800 km, around 7–8 hours via Slovenia and northern Italy.

A Slovenia vignette is required.

From other Italian cities, Trenitalia and Italo have frequent connections to Turin Porta Nuova and Porta Susa the main city stations.

A dedicated shuttle runs from hotels to the venue and back.

Departure: 15:00 at Turin's hotel and 16:00 at partner hotel near venue.
Return: first bus after cake cutting (~22:30), second bus end of night (~01:30).
